Goenka Fresh: Hydroponic Farming at Its Best
We use advanced hydroponic systems to grow our fruits and vegetables — without soil, and with nutrient-rich water delivered directly to the roots.
This method ensures:
- Faster plant growth
- Higher nutrient density
- Zero pesticide usage
- Water savings of up to compared to traditional farming
In our NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) system, a thin stream of nutrient-rich water flows directly over plant roots, giving leafy greens optimal nutrition and oxygen. This soil-free method ensures faster growth, zero stagnation, and minimal water use.
The entire facility is managed by a cloud-connected climate control system — maintaining ideal temperature, humidity, and airflow for consistent quality and yield, 365 days a year.

Grow Bags
For crops that require more root support and moisture retention — like tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and herbs — we use cocopeat-filled grow bags.
Grow bag farming allows:
- Controlled water and nutrient absorption
- Excellent aeration through the root zone
- Greater resistance to pests and diseases
- Year-round cultivation regardless of soil condition
Each plant is monitored individually, and irrigation is fine-tuned through a drip system to provide just what’s needed, when it's needed — no more, no less.

Open Farms
Nestled in a controlled environment away from pollutants and pesticides, Goenka Fresh farms are designed to grow nutritious, high-quality produce with minimal ecological footprint.
To protect soil health and reduce weed growth, we use mulching — a layer of natural material placed over the soil that conserves moisture, prevents erosion, and minimizes the need for chemical inputs.
All our open farms are:
- Regularly tested for soil health
- Fed with clean RO-filtered water
- Managed without synthetic pesticides or ripeners
- Focused on seasonal crops for better taste and nutrition
